Creamy Grape Salad is a perfect sweet salad to serve as a side with dinner or even for dessert. Made in just 15-minutes with juicy grapes tossed with a sweetened cream dressing then topped with brown sugar and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes washed and dried
  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the grapes and toss to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate the grape salad until serving. Before serving, sprinkle the top of the salad with brown sugar and pecans.
