Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes washed and dried
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes washed and dried
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the grapes and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate the grape salad until serving. Before serving, sprinkle the top of the salad with brown sugar and pecans.
