Creamy Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 egg - room temperature
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup extra light olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a wide mouth cup or large wide mouth jar
  2. Place an immersion blender in the jar and start blending at the bottom
  3. Slowly raise the blender up and down until all of the oil is incorporated and a smooth sauce reamins
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
