Creamy Horseradish Dip

This creamy horseradish dip is so easy to make and so full of flavor. This robust dip has a strong bite and a cool, creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 3 talks green onions thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup horseradish store bought or homemade horseradish, squeezed of excess liquid
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves minced or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine mayo, sour cream, green onions, horseradish, parsley and pepper.
  3. Blend until super creamy and oh so smooth.
  4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for at least 2 hours before serving and up to 3 days total. Including the day you made it.
  5. Serve with sliced vegetables like celery, carrots, sweet peppers, cucumber, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower and so much more.
  6. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • Blend this dip extremely well. You want it to be super smooth and creamy.
  • The longer you chill this dip, the better it will be. That chilling time is how the flavors really meld.
