Creamy Mushroom Tortellini (One Pan)

This creamy mushroom tortellini takes 35 short minutes to prepare and is made all in one pan. Perfect for a no-fuss, hectic weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic parsley salt adjust to taste
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lb tortellini raw or frozen
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice mushrooms. Add butter to skillet, sauté them over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Season with garlic parsley salt.
  2. Add the heavy whipping cream to the mushrooms.
  3. Stir tortellini into the mushroom mixture. Let it simmer for 5 minutes (increase the cooking time to up to 10 minutes if using frozen tortellini). Stir in the parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
