Ingredients

Smoothie:
  • 2 cups peach nectar juice no sugar added
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen - sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups peach chunks fresh or frozen or canned (if canned, choose in juice not syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
Garnish:
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in the blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve, garnished with lime and mint if desired.
