Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Creme de coconut

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree on high for 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • How to make a strawberry pina colada - add in 1/4 cup of strawberries to the blender, and process for 30 to 60 seconds.
