Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup Pace medium salsa
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (plus more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Add salt, to taste. Note, consider what you might be serving this with. I add salt until I think it tastes good as a standalone. But you may want to dial back the salt if say, serving with salted tortilla chips.
  3. For super smooth results, strain it after blending.

Notes

  • I recommend making this a day in advance if you can. I find the flavor intensifies over time, resulting in a creamy, zesty sauce that's bright and bold.
