Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup Pace medium salsa
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (plus more to taste)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
- Add salt, to taste. Note, consider what you might be serving this with. I add salt until I think it tastes good as a standalone. But you may want to dial back the salt if say, serving with salted tortilla chips.
- For super smooth results, strain it after blending.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- I recommend making this a day in advance if you can. I find the flavor intensifies over time, resulting in a creamy, zesty sauce that's bright and bold.
