Creamy Tahini Dressing

This creamy tahini dressing is oil-free and packed with flavor, yet so easy to make with just six simple ingredients. It's perfect for salads, falafel, roasted vegetables, and more!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup depending on how sweet you’d like it
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons water to thin, I did 2 Tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Or add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake to combine. Add more water to thin the dressing if needed.
  2. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Consistency Adjustments: If the dressing is too thick, add a little water one teaspoon at a time, until it reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. The dressing may thicken in the fridge, so just stir in a bit of water or lemon juice to loosen it up.
