Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • ¼ cup kale chopped
  • red bell pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
  2. Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in eggs, cream, kale, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
