Crème Caramel (Steamed)

Crème Caramel (Steamed) offers a smooth custard topped with a delicate layer of amber caramel syrup. The custard, made with whole eggs, milk, cream, and vanilla, is steamed gently to achieve a soft, silky texture. The caramel forms a slightly bitter contrast that balances the sweetness, making it an elegant dessert choice. Steaming ensures tenderness without browning, providing a clean, classic flavor. This recipe suits those interested in gentle cooking techniques and delicate desserts.
