Crispiest Air Fryer Frozen Spring Rolls

Craving a quick, crunchy bite? These frozen spring rolls in the air fryer are one of the easiest snacks for busy days. With modern technology (thanks, air fryer!), they're insanely crispy, cook in under 10 minutes, and require no oil!

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen spring rolls
  • Optional: oil for brushing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prep: Place frozen spring rolls in a single layer in your air fryer. For maximum golden brown deliciousness, brush each lightly with oil.
  2. Air Fry: Cook at 400°F (204°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

  • Storage: Wrap them in plastic or foil and place in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I try to avoid refreezing them because each freeze-thaw cycle reduces the quality of the inside texture while making the outside harder (a wild conundrum if you ask me).
  • Can I cook frozen lumpia in the air fryer? Yes, of course! Lumpia are nearly identical to spring rolls so the process and cook time should be about the same, if not exactly the same.
