Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
These crispy air fryer baked potatoes are cooked until tender inside with a crisp, salted skin. Preparing russet potatoes with a light oil coating and air frying at high temperature produces a fluffy interior and a texture-enhanced outer layer. The pierced skin allows steam to escape and prevents bursting while cooking. Adjusting cooking times based on potato size helps achieve uniform doneness. The method avoids traditional oven baking while still delivering a well-crisped, satisfying potato.
