Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts fresh, washed and dried
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Place the halves in a single layer in your airfryer and cook for 7 minutes at 340 degrees F. Remove the basket and shake it, then cook again for 6 to 7 minutes at 340 degrees F.
  4. Place them back into the large bowl and pour in the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Enjoy immediatel

Notes

  • Select Brussels sprouts of similar size for even cooking; quarter larger sprouts rather than halving.
  • Cook in a single layer to maximize crispiness; cook in batches if needed.
  • Serve immediately after dressing to avoid sogginess; keep warm if making ahead and toss with dressing just before serving.
  • Adjust cooking time depending on sprout size, adding extra minutes for larger pieces.
