Crispy Breaded Pork Chops
These baked pork chops are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Made with simple ingredients and ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops 1-inch thick, boneless
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together 1 large egg and 1/2 cup milkuntil well combined.
- In a separate shallow dish, mix 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon granulated garlic.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the breaded pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with 4 tablespoons butter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) as measured with an instant-read thermometer. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
