Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup seasoned panko crumbs
  • 2 tbsp powdered Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 pork chops or more

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Lightly spray your air fryer basket with some cooking spray.
  2. Mix together your panko with parmesan and garlic powder and set aside.
  3. Beat an egg in plate or bowl large enough to fit your pork chops.
  4. Dip the boneless pork chops into the egg before placing it into the panko mix, making sure to fully coat the pork chops with the panko.
  5. Place the pork chop into the air fryer basket. Repeat with the 2 other pork chops.
  6. Air fry the pork chops at 350F for 14-16 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
  7. Set aside to make a second batch if you are doubling it or enjoy once it has cooled to touch.

Notes

  • Recipe can be easily doubled but as my air fryer only fits 3, I put 3 as the servings. We usually make 2 batches so we have a total of 6 for meal prepping. When doubling the pork chop, add an extra 50% of the panko/seasoning.
