Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together 1 large egg and 1/2 cup milkuntil well combined.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, mix 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon granulated garlic.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the breaded pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with 4 tablespoons butter.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) as measured with an instant-read thermometer. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
