Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans ends snipped, fresh
  • 3 Tablespoons flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil or other high heat oil

  2. Toss green beans with all ingredients in a medium bowl until coated well.
