Ingredients
- 2 lb baby potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil avocado or olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt adjust to taste
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the potatoes into halves and season them with salt and oil. Toss until evenly coated.
- Cut a large piece of foil and place the potatoes on top of it in a single layer. Cover with another similar sized piece of foil and cinch the edges to create a pocket.
- Preheat the grill to 400°F. Place the potatoes on the grill and cook them for 15 minutes.
- Open up the foil and flip the potatoes so they brown on the other side. Grill for 10 more minutes or until potatoes are crispy and fully cooked.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
