Ingredients
- ½ pound Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl combine ½ pound Brussels sprouts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl combine ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Sprinkle half of the mixture on the Brussels sprouts and toss.
- Add the Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the basket of your air fryer. Cook the Brussels sprouts at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the topping. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
