Crispy Peanut Butter Banana Gluten Free Waffles
Crispy peanut butter cereal gives these peanut butter banana gluten free waffles a delicious twist! They're great for an easy breakfast or weekend brunch!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 egg large
- 1 ¼ cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter melted, unsalted
- 1 banana mashed
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup peanut butter puffs cereal gluten free
Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk and honey.
- Add the melted butter.
- Add the mashed banana and peanut butter.
- Whisk together, then add the flour mixture.
- Combine well, then add the peanut butter puffs cereal.
- Mix well, then spoon the mixture into a waffle iron and cook.
