- 4 cakes ramen noodles dried
- 3 tsp sesame oil divided
- 4 cups chicken broth or mushroom broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste white or red
- 1/2 lbs mushroom 225 gr, such as button, cremini, shimeji, etc
- 1 lbs asparagus 454 gr, or broccolini, trimmed
- 2 medium carrot peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds preferably toasted
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
