Ingredients

  • 1 batch Crispy Baked Tofu
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup vegan ranch dressing (or other)
  • 3 large tortillas (gluten-free if desired)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crispy baked tofu.
  2. Meanwhile, roughly chop romaine and tomatoes. Thinly slice red onion. Then prepare ranch dressing or other sauce of choice.
  3. Assemble wraps: Place lettuce, tomato, onion, and tofu down the center of a tortilla. Drizzle with dressing or sauce. Wrap up tightly with ends tucked in.

Notes

  • Yield: Recipe makes about 3 large wraps using 10" tortillas.
  • Oil-free option: The crispy tofu and ranch dressing are oil-free, so ensure your tortillas are oil-free as well.
  • Gluten-free option: Use GF tortillas.
