Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/3 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 garlic minced, cloves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the crock-pot and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and stir to mix well with the sauce. Serve as desired.
