Crock Pot Chipotle Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 diced tomatoes 15 oz each, canned
- 1 tomato sauce 14 oz
- 2 black beans drained and rinsed, canned
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- optional toppings
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- jalapeños
- avocado
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
- Place in a crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.
- Stir to combine and serve with your favorite chili toppings.
