Crock-pot Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups boiling water
FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa

Instructions

  1. Turn the Crock-Pot on the High setting, and place the Butter in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Next, add Sugar, Cocoa, Flour, Milk, and Vanilla.
  3. Add the boiling water, and stir all ingredients together, and place the lid on the Crock-Pot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the topping; Sugar and Cocoa, together, and sprinkle the topping on top of the ingredients in the Crock-Pot.
  5. Place the lid back on the Crock-Pot, and cook on a high setting for 4 hours.
  6. Cobbler will be a little crunchy, and smooth, and silky.
  7. Top with a huge dip of Vanilla Ice Cream, serve, and Enjoy!
