Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dippers: Marshmallows graham crackers, pretzels, fruit, cake, etc.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the chocolate, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt in a small crock pot. I used a 2 quart crock pot for this recipe.
  2. Cover on low for 1-2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes, until fully melted.
  3. Then serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.  When reheating, add in more cream or milk to thin out the chocolate as it will thicken as its stored.
  • You can serve the fondue in the crock pot on the warm setting to keep it warm while serving.
