Ingredients

  • 16 ounces corn kernels frozen
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Use a medium-sized saucepan to heat up the cream cheese, butter, milk, sugar, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix until well blended.

Notes

  • After slow cooking, uncover the crockpot and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes to reduce excess moisture and thicken the creamed corn.
