Crock Pot Creamy Chicken

A delicious dump and go slow cooker meal that can be served in a variety of different ways!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless
  • 1 1/4 cup condensed cream of chicken soup or one 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Dump: Add the chicken to the crock pot and season with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the spices, the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, and stock.
  2. Go: Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours (or even longer).
  3. Shred: Use two forks to shred the chicken in the creamy sauce.
  4. Serve: Serve over egg noodles, rice, or as sliders!
