Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Green bean washed and the ends trimmed, fresh
  • 1 pound red potatoes quartered, baby
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
  • 6 lices Bacon Cooked and diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-7 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Serve warm with a slotted spoon and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
  • Yellow Gold or New Potatoes can replace Red Potatoes if preferred.
  • Frozen green beans work as a substitute for fresh beans for convenience.
