Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless chicken breast (approximately 4-5 Chicken Breasts)
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks (20 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, barbecue sauce and pineapple chunks in a 6 quart crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken and mix it into the sauce in the crock pot.
  4. Serve immediately over rice, topped with diced green onions. Enjoy!
