Crock Pot Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Prep: Season the chicken breasts with salt and place in the crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or pyrex and mix well.
  2. Slow Cook: Pour honey mustard mixture over chicken. Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.
  3. Serve: Shred chicken and serve over rice, potatoes, in sliders, or with your favorite sides!
