Ingredients

  • 3 lb roast beef
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 Italian dressing mix zesty seasoning packet
  • 16 oz pepperoncinis I saved some of the pepperoncinis to top the sandwiches, jar
  • 1 butter stick
  • 8 oz provolone cheese sliced, package
  • hoagie roll

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a slow cooker, place the roast in the bottom.
  2. Add in the bell pepper and sprinkle with the Zesty Italian dressing seasoning packet.
  3. Pour the jar of peppercinis over the top. I reserved some of the peppercinis for the sandwiches.
  4. Place on stick of butter on top.
  5. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 -10 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the beef.
