Crock Pot Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni or any topping you choose
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional

  1. Lightly spray the inside of the crock pot with a nonstick spray.
  2. Open the tube of pizza dough and fold it in half (from top to bottom).
  3. Press the dough into the crock pot and up 1 inch on the sides.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the dough.
  5. Top with cheese, pepperoni, or your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 80-90 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove it from the crockpot (it should release quickly). Cut pizza into slices and serve.

Notes

  • Your pizza should come out of the crockpot easily. Once your pizza is cooked through, it can be removed and sliced.
  • You can whisk together 2 tablespoons of melted butter with a teaspoon of garlic powder and oregano for a more flavorful crust. Spread this butter mixture over the crust before adding any sauce or toppings.
