Crock Pot Ribs
Tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs that have a delicious rub and are cooked in your slow cooker. Finish them with a quick broil for sticky, finger licking good ribs!

Ingredients
Ribs
- 2 racks baby back ribs about 3-4 lbs
- ½ c. water
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- ¼ c. yellow mustard
- 1 c. BBQ sauce
Rib Rub
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ground oregano
Instructions
- Remove silver membranes from the back of your ribs.
- Combine rib rub ingredients in small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Rub yellow mustard all over the ribs, front and back.
- Season both sides of ribs with rib rub.
- Place ribs in large slow cooker, wrapping them around the outside on their sides so they are standing up. Pour water and liquid smoke into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or until fork tender.
- After the 8 hours are up, preheat broiler.
- Remove ribs from slow cooker gently! These will fall apart. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and broil (or grill) 3-5 minutes or until charred.
- Remove and serve immediately.
