Ingredients
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 green bell peppers diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cans cans black beans (15 oz.) drained and rinsed
- 1 can can diced tomatoes (15 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced
Instructions
- Add everything in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours on low.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings: sour cream, avocados and cilantro.
