Crockpot Angel Chicken

Crock Pot Angel Chicken is creamy, delicious and the slow cooker does all the work. Serve the tender chicken over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix 0.7 oz packet
  • 2 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 16 oz angel hair pasta cooked

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot.
  2. Top with the Italian dressing mix, minced garlic, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Dice the cream cheese and stir it into the crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or on high for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Stir thoroughly to combine the cream cheese into the sauce in the crock pot.
  6. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta.  Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
