Crockpot Cheesy Bacon Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts
- 5 lices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a small bowl mix together teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing.
- Pour over chicken. Toss crumbled bacon over top (reserve some for topping).
- Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred and return it back into the crock pot.
- Top with the shredded cheese and the reserve bacon.
- Cover and cook on low until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
- Chicken: We made this recipe with chicken breasts but you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs as well.
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
