Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 ounces lemonade concentrate (1/2 small can, or 1/3 regular can)
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- Coat each side of the chicken breast with dijon mustard. Mix the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper together then sprinkle evenly over the chicken, adding any leftover seasoning to the crockpot.
- Lay the chicken flat in bottom of the slow cooker. Pour lemonade concentrate over the chicken. Top with sliced lemons.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours on high, or 3-4 hours on low. *Cook time will vary based on size of the crock pot and thickness of your chicken.
- Once done, serve chicken breasts whole, or shred and serve on sandwiches, salads, or with a side dish.
