Ingredients
- 6 chicken tenders
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¾ tsp garlic salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenders with the garlic salt and a bit of pepper. Place in the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and the Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Pour over the chicken tenders.
- Turn on your crockpot and either cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
