																							Ingredients
- 3 cups ham diced
 - 3 potatoes peeled and diced
 - 30 ounces chicken broth (2 cans)
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 cups milk
 - 2 pounds Velveeta cheese
 
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the milk and velveeta cheese to a crockpot.
 - Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until potatoes are tender.
 - Add in the milk and velveeta cheese. Stir well, and cook for another 10 to 20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
