Crockpot Teriyaki Pork Chops Recipe

Crockpot teriyaki pork chops recipe is simple and delicious! Teriyaki pork chops with pineapple make an amazing meal. It is a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (bone in)
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Place your pork chops in the crockpot. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and cold water together. Stir this mixture into the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 15-20 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  5. Serve the pork chops over rice with the sauce on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • *Be careful not to overcook the pork.  Use a meat thermometer to make sure the pork is cooked to the proper temperature. 
  • *Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 4-5 days.  
  • *You can also thicken the sauce with flour instead of cornstarch if you prefer.  
  • *You can top with green onions and sesame seeds if you prefer.
