Croissant Sandwich
Croissant Sandwiches are an easy and delicious way to elevate your lunch. Fill with layers of thinly sliced prosciutto and fresh veggies for a light, yet fulfilling meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Croissant
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- handful mixed greens or lettuce
- 2-3 lices prosciutto
- 2 lices Bacon optional
- 3-4 lices tomato
- ½ avocado sliced
- 1 lice cheese
Instructions
- Slice a croissant in half equatorially with a sharp, serrated knife.
- Spread honey mustard on the bottom half of the croissant.
- Layer with mixed greens/lettuce, prosciutto (or your choice of meat, such as bacon), sliced tomato, avocado and cheese.
- Place the top half of the croissant and enjoy immediately.
