Croissant Sandwich

Croissant Sandwiches are an easy and delicious way to elevate your lunch. Fill with layers of thinly sliced prosciutto and fresh veggies for a light, yet fulfilling meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Croissant
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • handful mixed greens or lettuce
  • 2-3 lices prosciutto
  • 2 lices Bacon optional
  • 3-4 lices tomato
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1 lice cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice a croissant in half equatorially with a sharp, serrated knife.
  2. Spread honey mustard on the bottom half of the croissant.
  3. Layer with mixed greens/lettuce, prosciutto (or your choice of meat, such as bacon), sliced tomato, avocado and cheese.
  4. Place the top half of the croissant and enjoy immediately.
