Ingredients
- 3 cups Napa cabbage or romaine lettuce, chopped/shredded
- 5 cups purple cabbage chopped/shredded
- ½ cup carrot shredded
- 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1 avocado sliced
- 2-3 green onions sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup almonds chopped
- 2 cups chicken shredded
- 1 batch chili almond dressing
Instructions
- Toss cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, cilantro and shredded chicken in a large salad bowl or the salad chopper bowl.
- Toss with dressing to taste.
- Portion salad on a plate. Top with sliced avocado and chopped almonds.
