Ingredients

  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1/2 cup prepared sushi rice
  • 4 pieces shrimp tempura
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 5 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs toasted

Instructions

  1. Place nori on sushi mat, rough side up.
  2. Evenly spread the sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small margin at the edges, then flip it over so the rice is on the bottom.
  3. Place shrimp tempura in a line at one edge of the nori, and layer avocado slices on top.
  4. Using the sushi mat, roll the sushi tightly, ensuring the fillings stay in place.
  5. Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs over the sushi roll and gently press to adhere.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 6 equal pieces.
