Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 4 chicken breast boneless skinless

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together vegetable oil, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  2. Pour into a zip lock bag with 4 chicken breasts you've scored on the top.
  3. Marinate for 4-8 hours.
To cook on the grill:
  1. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side on direct heat.
To cook in the oven:
  1. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
