Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 pieces Bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion or chives chopped
- 1/3 cup Pickles chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas or 6 smaller tortillas
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mayo, mix until smooth.
- Stir in cooked and chopped bacon, chopped green onions and pickles.
- Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and once hot and the sausage. Break it with a wooden spoon and cook. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until lightly browned, remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread cream cheese mixture in a generous layer over tortillas. Add about ½ cup of sausage mixture (or morper tortilla, distributing it evenly.
- Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
