Cucumber Agua Fresca

Ingredients
- 2 cucumber roughly chopped, medium
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup lime juice fresh
- 4 cups water cold
- ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, sugar, lime juice, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Press the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
