Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • curly kale a handful, green
  • 1 teaspoon honey clear
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • lemon juice optional, see the note, a squeeze
  • 1 teaspoon ginger optional, see the note, juice from 1-inch root

Instructions

  1. Wash and rinse the cucumber. Cut it into small pieces and place them in a blender.
  2. Wash and rinse the Kale leaves and add them into the cucumber.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender.
  4. Blend and process the cucumber mix until you get a well-mixed smoothie.

Notes

  • Including lemon juice provides additional refreshment and enhances the alkaline effect.
  • A small amount of fresh ginger juice adds a delicate spiciness to the smoothie, enriching its flavor.
