Cucumber Margarita
A Cucumber Margarita is super tasty, refreshing, and a perfect summer cocktail! They are always a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber cut into 1/4-inch slices
- ½ cup lime juice fresh
- ½ cup triple sec
- ¾ cup reposado tequila (or silver tequila)
- 6 cups ice
- Tajín Clásico Seasoning Rimmer for glasses
- ¼ cup Grand Marnier orange liqueur
- lime for garnish, slices
Instructions
- Add cucumber slices, lime juice, triple sec, tequila, and ice to a blender.
- Blended until margaritas are smooth.
- Run a lime slice around the rim of each rocks or margarita glass to moisten it. Dip into Tajín Clásico Seasoning Rimmer or margarita salt to coat the rim of each glass.
- Pour margaritas into prepared glasses, being careful not to knock off the rim.
- Top each margarita with a tablespoon of Grand Marnier, and garnish with lime slice.
