Cucumber Radish Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 6 mini cucumbers sliced
  • 2 2 bunches radishes sliced
  • ¼ ¼ cup minced chives
  • ¼ ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 2 tablespoons mayonnaise can be light
  • 2 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ ½ teaspoon each: salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the cucumbers, radishes, and chives to a salad bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve right away.

Notes

  • This recipe served 6-8 people as a side dish. Feel free to cut the recipe in half if you're serving fewer people.
